Britannia Life Sciences Inc. is set to raise up to CAD$1,000,000 through a non-brokered private placement of debenture units, combining unsecured debentures and common share purchase warrants. The proceeds from the offering, which includes 10% annual interest debentures maturing in 12 months with a possible 12-month extension, will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The anticipated closing date of the placement is on or about June 21, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
