Britannia Life Sciences Inc. has announced a new financing initiative to support the expansion of its subsidiary, Britannia Mining Solutions Inc., which provides advanced assay and geochemical services to the mining industry. The financing consists of two offerings of convertible debt, aiming to raise up to CAD$1,500,000, and is open to a wide range of investors through registered plans like RRSPs and TFSAs.
