Bristol Water PLC, a listed company on the London Stock Exchange, has announced unaudited preliminary financial results for the year ending 31 March 2024, revealing a profit before tax of £0.2m, a stark improvement from the previous year’s £24.7m loss. This performance follows the transfer of its license, trading, assets, and liabilities to South West Water Limited in February 2023. The company also declared a significant £143.0m dividend to South West Water Limited as part of its group restructuring.
