Briscoe Group Limited has announced a modest increase in half-year sales to $372.1 million, marking a 0.77% rise, with growth in both homeware and sporting goods segments. Despite a challenging economic climate, the company has maintained a strong online presence, accounting for nearly 19% of total sales, while managing to keep inventory levels around 10% lower than the previous year. Although facing cost pressures, Briscoe Group anticipates an underlying trading NPAT of at least $40 million, slightly below last year’s $42.7 million.
