Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Limited has announced a special dividend of HKD 4.3 per share, with the ex-dividend date set for 03 July 2024 and payment to be made on 25 July 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 04 July to be eligible, and the company’s register of members will be closed from 05 July to 09 July 2024 for determining entitlement.
