Brightstar Resources Ltd and Alto Metals Limited have announced a slight delay in their proposed scheme of arrangement due to additional time needed for financial account preparation and an independent expert’s report. Shareholders of Alto can expect to receive the Scheme Booklet by mid-October, with key scheme events rescheduled, including court hearings and the anticipated finalization in December 2024. Both companies have secured financial and legal advisers for the arrangement.
