Brightstar Resources Limited has acquired gold rights from Gateway’s Eastern Montague Gold Project in WA for a total of $14 million, enhancing their gold production prospects. The structured deal includes cash, shares, and deferred shares, allowing Gateway to focus on its base metal exploration, particularly its promising Cu-Ni-PGE prospects, while maintaining a stake in Brightstar. Gateway emerges from the transaction with a stronger balance sheet and liquidity, enabling further exploration and growth opportunities.
