Brightcove Inc. (BCOV) has released an update.
Robert Noreck is set to resign as the CFO of his company, effective no later than May 31, 2024, or upon the appointment of his successor. His departure is amicable, with no disputes reported regarding company operations. Post-resignation, Noreck will continue as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition until September 30, 2024. He will retain his salary and be eligible for a pro-rated bonus for 2024, aligned with the company’s performance, as assessed by the Board or its Compensation Committee.
