Bright Scholar Education Holdings reported a growth in gross profit by 5.0% year-over-year and a revenue increase of 6.2% quarter-over-quarter for the third quarter of fiscal 2024. The company’s Overseas Schools segment showed a notable 19.4% revenue increase, contributing significantly to the overall financial results. Despite reporting a net loss mainly due to an impairment loss on goodwill, Bright Scholar highlighted a strong adjusted net income figure and improvements in gross margin.
