Brigadier Gold Limited has announced it will change its name to Pace Metals Ltd. and consolidate its shares on a 30:1 basis, with new trading expected to commence on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol ‘PACE’ starting May 23, 2024. Following the consolidation, Brigadier will have approximately 4.26 million shares issued and outstanding. Registered shareholders will receive a letter of transmittal with instructions for exchanging their share certificates post-consolidation.
