Brigadier Gold Limited is set to propose a major corporate restructuring, including a share consolidation of up to 30:1, a name change to ‘Pace Metals Ltd.’, and amendments to its stock option plans, at its upcoming General and Special Shareholders Meeting. The changes aim to improve the company’s funding ability and position it for advancing current projects or acquiring new mineral exploration opportunities, despite recent unfruitful lithium assays at its Nemaska2 project.
