Bridgepoint Group Expands Share Capital

Bridgepoint Group Plc (GB:BPT) has released an update.

Bridgepoint Group plc has successfully issued and admitted 3,324,889 new ordinary shares to the London Stock Exchange’s main market, expanding its total voting rights to 822,641,949. The company’s overall share capital now includes a mix of ordinary and deferred shares, with the latter holding no voting rights. Shareholders are advised to use the new total voting rights figure as a reference for any required notifications of interest changes in compliance with transparency rules.
