Bridgepoint Group Plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 14,900 ordinary shares at an average price of 300.9727 pence per share on 27 August 2024. The shares were acquired through J.P. Morgan Securities and will subsequently be cancelled, reflecting the company’s continued effort to manage its capital effectively. This move is part of Bridgepoint’s share buyback program that was announced earlier in October 2023.
