Bridgepoint Group Plc is set to expand its share capital by issuing 3,324,889 new ordinary shares following a transaction with Energy Capital Partners Holdings, LP. These shares will be admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s main market and will be on par with the existing shares, bringing the total voting rights in the company to 822,641,949. The issuance is part of the company’s obligations regarding the exchange of OP Units for shares as detailed in a previous circular.
