Bridge SaaS Ltd. ( (AU:BGE) ) has provided an announcement.

Bridge SaaS reported on its March 2026 quarter, highlighting ongoing refinement of its disability services footprint, including community-based supports, respite care and supported independent living homes, which it uses as a testbed for its core software suite. The company aims to build a technology-enabled model for more efficient matching, rostering, compliance workflows and communication among NDIS participants, families, support workers and providers.

Management sees a significant opportunity in software-led disability support platforms that marry marketplace-style flexibility with the governance and quality required in a regulated NDIS setting, drawing on the traction of peer platforms such as HireUp and Mable. Bridge is also exploring AI, automation and robotics for tasks such as AI-assisted rostering, smart-home monitoring and automated documentation, arguing these tools could improve safety and efficiency while supporting NDIS sustainability.

The Brightside unit continued to deliver stable services with an emphasis on participant engagement and workforce continuity, while Bridge’s first supported independent living residence in Southwest Sydney provided further operational insights to shape its software and assistive-technology roadmap. For the quarter, the company reported cash receipts of about $2.79 million including Brightside, a cash balance of $202,879 at 31 March 2026, and completion of the final earn-out payment for the Brightside acquisition, leaving no remaining earn-out obligations.
