Brickworks Ltd has announced a change in Director Joel Andrew Fitzgibbon’s holdings, where Fitzgibbon disposed of 500 of his 1,000 ordinary shares, in compliance with the company’s trading policy. The transaction involved borrowing shares under a securities lending agreement to meet share qualification requirements, and subsequently replacing them after purchasing the equivalent on the open market during an approved trading window.
