Brickability Group PLC, a leading UK construction materials distributor, disclosed that Clive Norman, a Non-Executive Director, sold 400,000 shares at 70 pence each, reducing his stake to 1.07% of the company. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM platform on May 8th, 2024. Brickability has been in business for over 37 years, boasting a robust national presence with more than 70 locations and over 800 employees.
