Bri-Chem Shareholders Elect Directors, Approve Auditors

Bri-Chem (TSE:BRY) has released an update.

Bri-Chem Corp., a prominent North American company in oilfield chemical distribution and blending, recently held its annual general and special meeting, where all the management’s nominees were elected as directors. Shareholders approved the appointment of Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP as independent auditors, set the number of directors at four, and authorized unallocated stock options until 2027. Bri-Chem continues to strengthen its market position through strategic acquisitions and organic growth, servicing the industry from multiple warehouses across Canada and the US.
