Bri-Chem Corp., a North American leader in oilfield chemical distribution, has successfully renewed its senior credit facilities with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, securing a borrowing base of $37.5 million until April 30, 2026. The agreement includes favorable terms and amendments such as reduced professional fees and an additional default provision for the company’s subordinated debt loan.
