Breville Group Limited has disclosed a significant change in the holdings of Director James D. Clayton, who sold 115,343 ordinary shares on-market for a consideration of $4,008,642.16. Post-sale, Clayton retains 224,215 performance rights and 153,403 deferred share rights directly, in addition to indirect holdings through trusts.
