Brera Holdings PLC announced significant leadership changes on September 3, 2025. Pietro Bersani resigned as CEO and CFO, with Dr. Fabio Scacciavillani appointed as his successor. Dr. Scacciavillani will also continue as a director but will step down from various committee roles. Additionally, Abhishek Mathews was appointed as an independent director and chair of the Audit Committee. These changes are not due to any disagreements within the company, and both new appointees have been granted share awards and compensation packages as part of their agreements.
