Breedon Group has confirmed that its issued share capital now comprises 347,090,897 ordinary shares, all carrying voting rights and with none held in treasury. The company also reported that 414,510 additional ordinary shares were allotted between 1 April 2026 and the date of the announcement under a previously established block admission.
