Breedon (GB:BREE) has released an update.
Breedon Group PLC has announced that its issued share capital is comprised of 343,535,465 ordinary shares with equal voting rights and none held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total number as a denominator for calculating notifications of interest changes in the company’s voting rights. The announcement is in line with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
