In a recent notice, Brazilian Rare Earths Ltd. reported that Anastasios Arima’s voting power decreased from 7.58% to 6.59%, with no change in the actual number of shares held, due to the company issuing additional securities. This change of interest for the substantial holder was officially recorded on June 20, 2024. Arima remains a direct holder of 16,235,514 fully paid ordinary shares in the company.
