Brazilian Rare Earths Ltd. has requested an immediate voluntary trading halt on their securities, awaiting an announcement about the outcome of their capital raising efforts. The halt will remain until either the announcement is made or trading resumes on Friday, 14 June 2024. The company has confirmed that there are no known impediments to the requested halt, which is authorized by the CEO.
