BRAZILIAN CRITICAL MINERALS LIMITED has announced a new proposal to issue securities, comprising 1,086,957 options expiring in January 2026 and 2,173,913 ordinary fully paid shares. The proposed securities are scheduled for issue on July 12, 2024, and are subject to approval by the ASX for quotation on the deferred settlement basis.
