Braxia Scientific Corp. has been hit with a cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission due to not filing its annual financial statements and related documents for the year ended March 31, 2024. The order halts trading of the company’s securities in Canada but allows certain sales under specific foreign conditions. Braxia is working to complete the audit and promises to file the necessary documents promptly.
