Bravura Solutions Limited has entered a significant licensing agreement with Fidelity International, granting the latter rights to use and develop the Sonata wealth management software platform. Fidelity will pay £29 million in two installments for the non-exclusive license, with a portion of Bravura’s team transitioning to Fidelity to support the software’s integration. While the deal will not affect Bravura’s FY24 financial performance, it is expected to have a minimal impact on FY25 revenues and earnings.
