The latest update is out from Bravo Mining Corp. ( (TSE:BRVO) ).
Bravo Mining Corp. has closed a C$28.5 million private placement with Orion Mine Finance, issuing just over 7 million common shares at C$4.07 each and boosting its pro forma cash position to about C$134 million. The raise follows a public offering completed in January and is expected to fully fund Bravo through a pre-feasibility study at Luanga in the third quarter of 2026 and, if justified, toward a feasibility study in 2027, while supporting broader exploration plans.
Alongside the equity investment, Bravo signed an investment agreement granting Orion participation rights in future financings and options around royalties and offtake linked to the Luanga Project. Orion also committed to provide an indicative non-binding term sheet for up to US$300 million in potential project financing, positioning Bravo with a strategic funding partner and reinforcing market confidence in the long-term development of Luanga.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:BRVO) stock is a Hold with a C$4.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Bravo Mining Corp. stock, see the TSE:BRVO Stock Forecast page.
