Bravern Ventures has successfully resolved $550,000 of debt by issuing 4,583,333 common shares to creditors, with a significant portion acquired by The Emprise Special Opportunities Fund. This move increases the total common shares to 9,311,328, giving Emprise control over 19.54% of the company’s shares.
