Brave Bison Group plc has announced that it will not pursue its previously considered acquisition of The Mission Group plc after its revised proposal was rejected. The proposal offered a substantial premium over Mission’s undisturbed share price but was turned down due to lack of engagement and access for due diligence. Brave Bison reserves the right to revisit the offer under certain conditions within the next six months.
