Brave Bison (GB:BBSN) has released an update.
Brave Bison Group PLC has announced the issue of 3,666,667 new ordinary shares following the exercise of restricted stock units from an acquisition in 2021, affecting the company’s total voting rights. Upon the shares’ admission to the London Stock Exchange, expected on August 13, 2024, Brave Bison’s issued share capital will consist of 1,291,813,947 ordinary shares. These shares will have equal voting rights, and the total will serve as the denominator for shareholders’ notifications of interest as per the FCA’s rules.
