Prime Meridian Resources ( (TSE:BEM) ) has shared an announcement.
Brasnova Energy Materials has appointed geologist Carlos Henrique Lourenço Bastos as a Qualified Person to oversee exploration and prepare an NI 43-101 technical report for its Capela Gold Project in Bahia, Brazil. The company is launching an initial geochemical sampling and assaying program, expected to take about 90 days, to build on prior mapping that identified intrusion-related gold mineralization at surface with ore-grade indications.
All upcoming exploration activities at Capela, including sampling, geophysics, trenching and drilling, will be conducted under the Qualified Person’s supervision to meet Canadian regulatory standards and advance the project’s technical definition. After completing the Capela report, Brasnova plans to apply the same structured NI 43-101 process to its Jucurutu copper project in northeastern Brazil, where early geophysical work and field observations have confirmed surface copper mineralization along key structural lineaments.
