BrasilAgro, a publicly-held agricultural real estate company, announced a dividend payout totaling R$155 million, equivalent to R$1.555983425 per share, which will be distributed to shareholders starting November 14, 2024. The dividends are exempt from income tax and the shares began trading ex-dividend on October 23, 2024. Shareholders must ensure their bank details are updated with Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. to receive their payments on time.
