BrainChip’s SPP Raises Funds Below Target

BrainChip Holdings (AU:BRN) has released an update.

BrainChip Holdings Ltd has announced the raise of AUD0.632 million from a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), falling short of its AUD3.0 million target. The SPP followed a successful AUD25.0 million capital raise from institutional and sophisticated investors. Despite the lower uptake, all shares from the SPP have been distributed as per the planned schedule.
