BrainChip Holdings Ltd has announced a new proposal to issue a total of 103,245,355 ordinary fully paid securities. This move, scheduled for 1st August 2024, aims to expand the company’s financial base through a placement or other types of securities offerings. The announcement, made on July 25, 2024, is pending approval from the ASX for quotation on a deferred settlement basis.
