Braime Group PLC has announced the appointment of Azets as its new auditor following a formal tender process, replacing Kirk Newsholme who have served since 2009 and resigned due to the length of their tenure. Azets will oversee the Group’s finances for the fiscal year ending December 2024, with their re-appointment for the subsequent year contingent on shareholder approval at the June 2025 Annual General Meeting. Chairman Nicholas Braime expressed gratitude to Kirk Newsholme for their years of service and anticipates a positive relationship with Azets moving forward.
