Braille Energy Systems Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $400,000 through the sale of over 4.4 million units at $0.09 each, with each unit consisting of one common share and one purchase warrant. The proceeds will support the company’s operations and general capital needs. Scheduled to close by August 2, 2024, the offering will be available to selected investors without commission or fees and includes participation from insiders of the company.
