Braemar Shipping Services (GB:BMS) has released an update.
Braemar PLC has announced their total number of ordinary shares as of 31 May 2024 to be 32,924,877, with each share entitled to one vote and no shares held in Treasury. Shareholders may use this total as a denominator for calculations related to their notification obligations under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Braemar, listed on the London Stock Exchange since November 1997, specializes in investment, chartering, and risk management advice in the shipping and energy sectors.
