Bradford A. Phillips stepped down from his position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc., where he served since March 2021. He cited no disagreements with the company’s operations or policies upon his departure. His resignation also extends to his director role at American Realty Investors, Inc. Despite his exit, the company maintains a board with a majority of independent directors who oversee various committees, ensuring continued governance and compliance.
