Bradesco Announces Interim Shareholder Payments

Banco Bradesco SA (BBD) has released an update.

Banco Bradesco S.A. has announced that its Board of Directors approved the payment of interim interest on shareholders’ equity totaling R$2 billion, with an ex-right date of October 1, 2024. Shareholders on record as of September 30, 2024, will receive approximately 10.4 times the value of the monthly interest paid after tax withholdings. Payments are to be made by April 30, 2025, and shareholders are advised to update their banking information at Bradesco branches to receive the amounts due.
