BPH Global Limited reported a dramatic surge in revenue by 32,338% for the fiscal year ending June 2024, primarily due to its pivot to bird’s nest products after acquiring Foshan Gedishi Biotechnology. Despite the revenue increase, the company still experienced a significant net loss, though it decreased by 53% compared to the previous year. The company also raised approximately $685,000 through share placements and convertible notes, in addition to consolidating its issued capital.
