BPH Energy Limited has announced the upcoming expiry of its listed options (BPHOB) on September 30th, 2024, with a cessation of official quotation on the ASX on September 24th, 2024. Option holders have the opportunity to exercise their options at $0.03 per share before the expiry date or participate in the proposed issue of new options, with a shareholder meeting slated to approve the issuance of up to 578,347,113 new options at the same exercise price.
