Bowleven plc, an African oil and gas company, has announced the successful passing of resolutions including its transition from AIM to private trading and re-registration as Bowleven Limited with new articles of association. The company’s ordinary shares will cease trading on AIM on September 23, 2024, with a matched bargain facility planned for shareholder transactions post-delisting. Shareholders have until September 11, 2024, to take advantage of the Exit Opportunity offered by Crown Ocean Capital.
