Boundless Bio, Inc. has announced the departure of CFO Jami Rubin, who stepped down effective October 11, 2024, entitling her to severance benefits under the company’s plan. Succeeding her, David Hinkle, previously the Senior Vice President of Finance, has been appointed as the new CFO, Treasurer, and principal accounting officer. Hinkle brings extensive experience from previous roles at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals and other biotech firms.
