At Bougainville Copper Limited’s Annual General Meeting, shareholders overwhelmingly supported all proposed motions, including the adoption of reports and accounts, re-election of directors Sir Melchoir Togolo and Mr. Peter Graham, appointment of auditors, and authorization to fix their fees. Each resolution passed with virtually unanimous support, with a 100% vote in favor across the board and a minimal number of abstentions or votes against.
