Botswana Diamonds PLC has successfully raised £250,000 through a share placement of 78,125,000 new ordinary shares to fund ongoing exploration in Botswana and South Africa and bolster company working capital. The shares, priced at 0.32p each, come with share purchase warrants allowing the subscription of additional shares at 0.5p within two years. This strategic move is set to support the company’s expansion efforts and capitalize on the anticipated approval of their Environmental Impact Assessment for drilling near their KX36 discovery.
