Botala Energy Ltd has announced a change in director Craig Basson’s interests, revealing an acquisition of 133,333 fully paid ordinary shares through the company’s Share Purchase Plan. The purchase, valued at $10,000, has increased Basson’s total holding in Bassfuture Pty Ltd to 843,333 shares, while his indirect interests through Corpserv Pty Ltd remain unchanged.
