Boston International Holdings has signed a subscription agreement with Zarara Energy Ltd, which will acquire a 51% stake in the company through the issuance of 222 million new shares. This acquisition, backed by Linkvalue Investment Limited, is contingent upon shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting. The funds raised will be used to settle outstanding debts and cover accounting costs for the company’s 2023 financial statements.
