Bossini International Holdings Limited is set to undergo privatization through a scheme of arrangement led by Dragon Leap Consumables Limited. As part of the proposal, Bossini shares will be delisted, and shareholders will receive new Viva Goods Company Limited shares in exchange for canceled Bossini shares. This strategic move is aimed at restructuring Bossini’s capital and aligning its operations with the Offeror’s interests.
